How to order?
Choose the product you want to order. Edit your preference if needed customization. Click on the “Add to Cart” button. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” or the “Checkout with PayPal” button to complete your purchase.
You will be directed to the selected secure payment-processing website.
There you will have the option of paying with your credit card, PayPal or a bank transfer.
We accept payment using the following cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover all through PayPal. You don’t need to have PayPal – you can pay with your credit card through PayPal.
With PayPal account you can pay faster with login to PayPal.
If you have PayPal we can send the order to your PayPal account address. If you want different address for shipping please add it on PayPal checkout.
How and when will my order be delivered?
We aim to create and dispatch your order within 1 working day.
All customized products will take extra 3-5 days to create.
Your order will be sent via Standard Shipping – usually takes no longer than 12 business days.
I offer Free Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase amount or coupon code required.
I provide online traceable tracking number so you can follow your order at your local post office web site.
How will my order be packaged and do you offer a Gift Service?
All KatyStyles pieces will be beautifully wrapped in our branded boxes, I’m happy to include a gift card with your special message. This service is free of charge.
We can send directly to your gift recipient.
What is your returns policy?
I gladly accept returns.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I return goods?

Please include the following information
1) Your order number
2) Ordering customer name, if different to your own
3) Email and telephone contact details
4) Details of the website/company your order was originally placed with
Please make sure you obtain a proof of posting certificate for your own peace of mind.
We will always refund return postage costs where items are faulty.
